If you have come this far, you have decided to try LoLo Bio. That is why it is necessary that you read this document because here we describe the conditions of purchase of our products through our online store available on the page (hereinafter, the Page).

We want not only our products to be refreshing, but also our conditions of purchase, so you will see that we have tried to make this text as entertaining as possible so that you will be encouraged to read it in detail.

Lolo is the result of a lot of illusion, work and above all our desire to offer the Spanish market a unique product in a simple way.

II. How to buy?

When you click on the button "Buy LoLo" the product you have selected is added to your cart, you can continue buying other products or go to your shopping cart to process the order with the products you have chosen.

In your shopping cart you will see a summary of your order, be sure to read it carefully to be sure that everything is correct. If so, there are several options to process your order:

If you are a new customer you can place your order either as a guest without registering on our site or create your account on our site, whichever you prefer. Shipping method: your order is sent by express courier with an estimated delivery time of between 24 and 48 hours from the time it leaves our facilities. We currently work with Correos Express. Shipping is free for orders over 39€, if you do not reach that amount, the cost will vary depending on your geographical area. You will see its value reflected in the purchase process on the page. If later we include other alternatives you will have to choose the one you prefer and according to the shipping time associated with each one.

Payment method: in order to complete your order, you have to make the payment through Paypal or credit card. Later we may include other options, when we include them you will be able to see these new possibilities in this document and in the Page.

Complete your order with a message: you will see that there is a field in which you can give us some details about your order, time of receipt, etc.. It is not mandatory that you fill it in, only if you think you have to give us some clarification.

Due to the popularity and/or supply limitations of some of our products, LoLo may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. LoLo reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after placing an order.

III. Our shipments

Your order is shipped by postal mail within 24 to 48 hours after it leaves our facilities. You will be able to track your order through the shipping information provided by the courier company.

IV. Can I return the products?

When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with the product you can always return it, but taking into account the applicable regulations. Here we have to get a little more technical, we offer our products in sealed packs and sealed or sealed each of them so you can check that you are the first to open them.

For this reason, in case you want to request the return of any of our products you have to take into account that the article 103 letter e) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of consumer protection says that sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health and hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. In other words, you can only return products or packs that you have not unsealed.

What happens once the return has been requested?

You must return the products that meet the requirements of sealed within 14 calendar days after you have requested the return.

A label will be generated and must be included in the packaging of the products you return and the products will be collected from the address to which they were delivered. Please note that you assume the shipping costs of the return, this expense will be charged to the account payment method you used for the order.

The return costs are: 5€
